Help done 6years of DLR now time for for ILR

Help I have done 6years of DLR ( flrO ) now time to apply for indefinite leave to remain but don't know what form to use and if I would need the English test. can I apply a month before my visa expires? please can any one help.

You can apply no sooner than 28 days before reaching 6 years.
Use form Set(O)
Don't think you need English or LIUK.

thanks CR001 but does it mean I can apply before October or November as my DL expires 20th Dec 2017.

You haven't stated what date your first DLR was granted, so I cannot comment on when you qualify.

Sorry my first DL was issued 03 Feb. 2012 , expired 04 Feb 2015 and I renewed 20th Dec 2014, expiring 20 Dec 2017. the HO said on the later that I can apply for ILR.

Hello just wondering if it's a must for me to do the life in the uk test be for I can apply ILR as my 6yrs DLR expire 20th Dec 2017 and do I need to meet any financial requirement as I am self employed . If anyone has gone through this route or have an idea pls help me.
