Dear Immigration Gurus,

My wife is currently under the PBS Dependent Partner visa end is eligible for ILR In October.
She entered the UK for the first time in October 2012.

I do not have a cohabitation proofs for the first 2 years i.e 2012 & 2013. However, I have Council tax added both of our names from 2014 onwards (for 3 years). Would this be suffice for cohabitation proof? Or do we need further documents?

Can we use our child (stillborn) birth certificate in 2013 to add for another year?

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

You only need the last two years evidence immediately prior to applying for ILR.

Thanks CR001. I would take it as this is applicable even after the PBS partner entered the UK after July 2012.
