Tier 2 to ILR Address not updated

Hi,
I'm going for ILR next Monday 18th september , my last extension was in April 2015 after that i got increment
33K to 37K in December 2015 which is notified to UKVI( added a note with COS)
but just came to know that
i have changed the address in 2015 which is not informed to UKVI
had another increment in June 2017 of 1K salary increased from 37K to 38K which is not updated as well
HR just asked me if you want i can update it now..
My question is if HR add a Note just week before my application is there going to be any negative effect on application ?
Any advice please , should we update (add note to cos) UKVI or not?

If the salary increase you got was part of annual salary increase and if the increase was for everyone in the company, then you don't have to worry about updating it. The update is however required if you were the only one that got salary increase.
And with respect to your address, I don't know what you should do because you're required to update your address with UKVI within one month of changing your address.
Did you update the address with NI and voters' register?
They are all connected these days.

Yes, Increment was for all the employs
address with NI not sure what is this?
Yes my vote is register on new address where i m living at the moment..
my only worry is cos address is different and on payslip and bank statement address is different..
Any suggestion should we update address now, add a note address changed in (2015) something like that
?

Regular and small salary increments are not big issues

It seems your sponsor/employer has failed on a number of issues in regards to their obligations.

Our company moved into new office due to expansion about 6 months ago, I Just came to know that but they haven't update the address in the system(SMS).
she updated the company address now - it requires supporting docs which she will send across ASAP
how long this update process take ?
Any advice on this matter please ?

it suggest compliance visit l,
we had an compliance visit last year, everything was went fine they called few people on TIER-2 and interviewed nothing actually happened after that means all was good..
There are 7-8(Tier-2) highly qualified & paid employee in the company but im the first one going for ILR
any advice should i wait 1-2 months? as i do have valid visa till April 2018?

The address update is usually done online by yourself and not through SMS. Since it's your personal addresses
Here is the link for updating your address.
https://visa-address-update.service.gov.uk
I'm not sure if you should update the address now or not as you should have done it long ago

Hi sorry I know i taking alot of your(experts) time..

Yesterday spend alot of time with person who handles SMS system, she made few calls to them (all info seems to be alright, about salary note they said if its annual increment you don't have to update it) she have updated the new Address but they asked for some proof which are sent to them today. she said there is priority service as well let me check what we can do about which will take 5 working days i think .
Talked to higher management now, they said we will give you all the evidence and explaining letter why this has happened, you can take this with your application and provide it if needed
Any advice please should i wait or go on monday with all the evidence.?

Compliance visit to the company on the other thread is relevant to that post. For your case, read the rest of the post. It may not be updated straightaway but it should all be fine. Your employer need to be more active to know what their duchies are.

Thank you Iworker.. i have told them the consequence, revoke of license etc. Hopefully they understood.
They have sent the new office lease copy(requirement from home office i believe) some other documents as well.
person from higher management will give me letter with reason and his personal phone number if they want to inquire anything about it. i been with the company from last 5 years so they said to me don't worry.. we'll not let you down.. but still confused

Congratulations
We are in similar situation, My wife is going to apply for ILR from tier 2 general. Her company has moved from London to Birmingham June 2017, But now only got to know that HR has not updated the working address on SMS system.
Did your HR Update their address your small pay increase just before you applied ILR?
if it so, how long that has took in place to update on SMS system?
