Annual Leave to be mentioned for ILR...?

Hi Experts,
I am preparing to apply for ILR on 5 year Tier 2 General route next month where I have a question regarding absences. Below is what I understood from Tier 2 guidance,
"Applicants applying under Tier 2 must provide evidence of all work-related absences. If the absence is work-related then the type of evidence required is a letter from the current or previous employer which gives the reason for absence and periods of paid annual leave"
So here my question is, I took annual leave and outside of UK on the below dates which are not work-related, so could some one suggest me whether I need to submit the absence letter to Home Office or not? If I need to submit in which format do I need to submit the letter from my current and previous employers.
Any letter template could you share if at all possible.
Year 2014:
OCT - 3 DAYS
DEC - 10 DAYS
Year 2015:
June - 15 days
Sept - 10 days
Year 2016:
Mar - 10 days
May - 10 days
July - 5 days
Many Thanks for your help in advance.
