I came to UK on Shortage Occupation sponsorship Tier-2 Visa on 2012 July. My first Visa was valid till 02/04/2012 till 01/05/2015. But before the end of my first visa i got a new Job but due to delay in sponsorship letter i had to apply for me visa through my old employer but with in two weeks i received the sponsorship from new employer and as per rule i applied for new Visa and got the BRP card on 15/06/2015 till 18/07/2018 and On 15/03/2017 i got the ILR through 5 Year route which is valid till. 2023. My wife First Tier-2 Visa is valid from 07/01/2013 till 01/05/2015 and then we had gone for extension and apply for Tier-2 visa from India 24/06/2015 and she got the visa on 18/07/2015. There was delay in her Second visa as i am waiting for the sponsorship letter from my new employer and as soon i got the visa i had started her application and her visa application appointment was on 24 June 2015 and she got the visa on 18/07/2015.
In this condition also my wife Continues period of 5 year will be consider as break. As her first visa expire in 01/05/2015 and her second visa applied on 24/06/2015. There is a delay of 54 days.

You can't apply for an 'extension' outside the UK. It is a new entry clearance visa. Extensions are applied for within the UK. She also applied for a new visa more than 28 days after the last one expired.

What date did she return to the UK in 2015?
