Can she apply for ILR ?

My wife Flr (fp) application is pending for 6 months.In August 2017 she is eligible for ILR in 10 years route.My query is can she apply for ILR while flr (fp) application is pending?Please advise. Thanks.

She can vary her application to ILR by sending relevant form and fees and request to vary her old application to ILR.
Your fee maybe adjusted depending if caseworker wish to do so .

Moderators look after the smooth running of the forum and don't necessarily have greater immigration knowledge (and sometimes less) than the other members.
