ILR for wife and children - SET(O) related doubts

Hi
I got my ILR in July 2017. I am applying for my wife and children's ILR now, as they too have completed 5 years of stay in UK.

I was on Tier 2 General and I got ILR in July
My wife and children's biometric permits have a category of PBS DEPENDANT.

I came to know that I have to use SET(O) application with my wife's name as main applicant and children as dependants.

Few questions in this regard.

1. In SET(O), I am not clear in which section I have to mention details of my ILR. Any idea?

2. Which documents should be submitted along with the application?
- my salary slips (my wife is not working)
- my bank statements (of past 3 months)
- my passport and ILR copies
- my wife and children's passport and biometric permit cards (with copies of all)
- utility bill which has both my name and my wife (to prove cohabitation)

Is there anything else we have to submit? Please inform. Thanks.

ILR for dependent

Hi
I am looking for information related to ILR for my wife and children.
I got my ILR in July 2017 (I was on Tier 2 General earlier, completed 5 years and got ILR). I didn't apply for ILR for my wife and children at that time as I used premium service and I didn't want to spend much on premium service for all of us. My wife and children are in UK for past five-and-half years and I'm planning to apply for ILR for them now. Their BRP has status as PBS DEPENDANT.

Based on other threads on this forum, I came to know that SET(O) is the form I need to use.

But in SET(O), there is no section where my wife can state my ILR status, my BRP details etc.

One of the responses above state: "12A is for all applicants and 12M for any that are not covered in the other sections."

But I couldn't find 12M in SET(O) form. It had only till 12L.

Can someone please clarify as part of which section of SET(O) form should my wife should provide details of my ILR status, my BRP etc? (I looked at SET(M) form and that had all relevant sections, but I was told that SET(M) is not the correct form to use).

Also, we have only water bill from United Utilities which has both our names. Other than that, there is no other cohabitation proof in UK. Is it enough if we submit only water bill from United Utilities, along with our marriage certificate issued in India? Please inform. Thanks a lot.

Not required. HO have all your details.

12M is for applicants on DLR.

Thank you.
In SET(O), section 5, point 5.6, my wife has included 'HUSBAND'S SALARY' as income source and we will submit past 3 months payslips.
We have NOT filled in SOC Code, Current rate of pay, Number of hours this salary based on etc in Section 5, as the form states that these have to be completed only for Tier 2 (General), Tier 2 (Sports Person) and Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) migrant, where as my wife is Tier 2 Dependant.

And in section 13, I have also signed in the sheet related to 'Consent for the Home Office to request verification checks (continued)'.
That is the only place where my name is mentioned. Is that correct? Please inform.

Thanks a lot for the confirmations.

Regarding proof of cohabitation, we will submit the following:
- water bills of past two years which are on both our names
- tenancy agreement for past two years which are on both our names
- a letter from GP stating that we are registered in the same address. This is available only for past one and half year.
Do you think this would be sufficient? Please inform.
Other than these, we do not have any other letter on my wife's name as bank statements, council tax bills, energy bills are on my name.

A selection of letters addressed to each of you individually will also be sufficient.
