Hello All,

I got my ILR on Tier 1 entrepreneur (accelerated route), my wife is on dependant visa and details as below:

Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependant
Visa Valid From Date: 03/10/2012
Valid Until: 03/01/2016
Date of 1st Entry to UK: 10th Nov 2012.
Applied for Extension Valid from: 03/01/2016
Valid Until: 03/01/2018


3 questions in specific:


is she eligible to apply 28 days before 10th Nov 2017 (10th Nov 2012 + 5 years for ILR)
or she is eligible to apply for ILR 28 days before 03/10/2017 (3rd Oct 2012 + 5 Years for ILR)


Secondly, in my case, i was not eligible for same day premium service, i believe she would be eligible for the same, please confirm....



Thirdly is she required to submit and show her maintenance funds for last 3 months, she recently changed her bank account and was not maintaining her account balance, could that be an issue?

For PBS dependents it is counted from the date of entry to the UK, so within 28 days before 10th November.

There is no maintenane requirement for ILR.
