Ilr + stopped by police

Need urgent advice please. I am due for my ILR next month. Actually I was stopped by police in November 2015 for driving on provisional lance and unsupervised. They took car, which was obtained next day. But I have heard since then. No summons have been issued or no letter received.
So my question is : do I have to declare in my application? Or will it affect outcome of my ILR.
