Hi All
this is regarding my friend, he was granted amnesty in 2011 and based on that he had 2 DLR's. His indefinite is due this year. Can you please suggest me the document list required to apply for ILR based on DLR and not log residency. Also let me know which form he should be using. He is thinking to go for PEO
Thanks

Can anybody please provide me list of documents required for ILR based on 2 DLR'S given on amnesty. SET O form only discusses tier 1 related categories. Please guide me on this

It does NOT only 'discuss tier 1 related categories'. Set(O) is the correct form if applying for ILR based on 6 years DLR.
Your apply by ticking the 'Other purposes/reasons not covered by other application forms'.

My understanding is if he had been granted DLR(before 9 July 2012) and he does not have the "no recourse to public funds" condition on his BP or anywhere on his Dlr document it shouldn't be a problem him have claimed benefits.
Was this person claiming child benefits for their child or for himself as I have understood it as if the person on DLR was claiming for himself?
Could be my misunderstanding.
Regards to what documents you will need, you would need I'm not so sure as it sounds like he was granted DLR based on protection. Normally the circumstances would have still to be the same for further grants of DLR and I think for ILR you would have had to complete 6 years qualifying.
Hope this helps
