Hello,
My ILR was refused because HO said I did not provide enough evidence.They. It was financial and emotional abuse.I trusted my lawyer and she says it was 99% win however she did not provide proper evidence. Also she did not help me to ask HO for benefits as I am a destitute.
I previously had 2.5 years spouse visa and it was extended for another 2.5 years but I decided to do it on my own as i could not stand to be controlled.
Now they even cancelled my current visa saying my marriage broke down and refused new visa i wanted to have independently.Plus they write my right to work is not permitted anymore and I must leave the country.
I am a single mother with 17 years old daughter who goes to school here.

I can't pay my rent as i cant work.I ended up in a very stressful situation.I may face homelessness soon.Instead of supporting me home office ruined me.

I am preparing a new application which cost around £5k for me and my daughter which I can't afford to pay.
I have new evidence from my GP,church minister, psychologist and from refuge center.
My question are:

1.Can I get access to benefits now from home office as a destitute person?I know you can apply for that before I applied the first time and still had llr visa but now my visa is cancelled so can they give me this access to benefits while I send a new application with new evidence?
2.All I need is to send a new application with stronger evidence and I need benefits untill they give the answer. They ruined me even nit allowing to work anymore. I had to stop my work because all of that.

Thank you for help.

Hi Sara
I'm sorry about your situation.
When did you apply for your first ILR and what kind of documents did you submit ?
Did They give a you chance to appeal the decision ?
