Form VAF4A. Need some help please

My earlier post was deleted, I presume that was because I posted in the wrong section.
Please could you help,
I am planning to get married in couple of months. I am on ILR and my wife would be ILR dependent.
I am referring to the form VAF4A appendix Part 2-Accomodation, and have couple of question please.
1. Do we need to provide the full address of where my wife would be staying in UK.
2. Currently I am living in a shared accomodation and the form asks for passport numbers of other residents, which is not possible.
Can I mention in the cover letter that I will be moving out as soon as I have my wife's visa.
I must stay this is a tricky form.
