ILR and child benefit

Dear All
I need advice please help me.
I am going to apply ILR within couple of weeks time from tier 2 route .But my husband when he applied for the child benefit ,he put down my bank details and recently I noticed that it was paid in my bank account though my husband has ILR and my son has British passport.Now I am worried that will that effect my ILR or not . Lastly when I fill up the ILR application form do i have to mentioned that I am getting child benefit as well please advice me and stress out so much.your expert advice will be invaluable to me
