My Husband varied his application from Tier1 entr extn to 10 years SET(LR) in aug17.
Money had been detected. still waiting for acknowledgement and biometric.

His earning is less than £18900

can he eligible to work on NI pay ?

Until his ILR is approved (and it could be declined) he should not stray from t1 ent regs

He cannot be employed until ILR is granted. Also either him or you must earn enough money for you to switch to FLR(M) if that is what you are asking
