"3. You need to do your Entry/Exit ( To/From) dates/days in Excel format,if you have left UK with in your leave period."
Hi, I noticed in this post about the excel form in which absences from UK can be mentioned.
Anyone please share that excel form

There is no 'excel form'. The members were referring to a normal Excel spreadsheet
You still need the absence letter from your employers if you are on a PBS route visa.
