Hi All,

Please see below time line of my case and could anyone please come back with the best suggestion what to do next or are there any chance of getting positive results:

====================================
Time line:
Entered in UK on Student Visa Tier 4 on 23.10.2009 Expired on 28.06.2011
Applied for Student Visa on 29.06.2011
Got confirmation on 04.07.2011
Biometric letter on 12.07.2011
Got rejection on 19.11.2011, on the base of result of English Test TOEIC they said bad quality.
Made appeal and got confirmation on 06.11.2011
Have not heard anything about it went to Solicitor and handed over our matter to them and Solicitor confirmed our case with them on 26.03.2012
Solicitor followed up with UKBA for our case but didn't get any reply for our case.
Applied for FLR(O) on 22.11.2012 and got confirmation dt.13.12.2012
Did Biometric on 23.03.2013 and waiting for their decision
JULY 2017 - Home Office issued IS96 and i am going every 4 week to report
================================================================

Will I be qualify for ILR 10 years route after completion of period?

Thanks,

No, you have been an overstayer since 2012. What make you think you have 10 years of lawful residence to apply for ILR ? :?

You don't have 10 years legal residence, due to your out of time application in June 2011.

By submitting an FLR(O), your appeal would have been withdrawn as you cannot have both at the same time.

Highly likely that your FLR(O) was either refused and you did not receive the letter for whatever reason as your reasons for submitting the FLR(O) are week, based on your other long topic here (click).

Thanks all for your response.

But what are the chances if Home office couldn't have decided on it for any other reasons like they have lost my file etc.

thank you

Hi All,

Do anyone know what is the maximum time Home Office allowed to take decision on any application and what once they crossed this limit?

Thank you,

If it is a complex case they usually then will inform you that your case falls out of their 'service standard timings' and it will usually mean they can take longer than the stated time at their discretion. Again this all depends on how complex your case might be or the fact they may have compelling evidence that they need to further investigate in order to establish facts and will fall out of the normal service standards.

With regards to my above case, Just to clarify, i have submitted my first file to Royal Mail, just on the day of expiry of my Visa.

Is that OK?

Thank you,

It is unfair to all the other users if you are running two threads with the same questions in two different subforums. Continue in your existing thread, link below. If and when members wish to respond or have any advice, I am sure they will post.
