My wife is about apply for ilr from tier 2 general.

Her company A has acquired by another company B last December and company A running as separate legal entity. Company A is still registered sponsor with home office (location London. This is because company A is registered in London). These all notified to home office.

But she is working on company B's location (birmingham)
Does this mean her details should be updated on SMS system?

HR from Company B is giving the letter confirming her position in company A and absence from UK (on Company B letter head, Which has birmingham address) .

Will it be an issue because company A is registered as legal entity in London ?

As i mentioned above, Her company registered as legal entity in London. So the HR says , no need to update the company address on Sponsor management system. But she is working in Birmingham on new head office.

Is that okay to add these details on worker activity notes in Sponsor management system? If not where does her HR need to update current working location?
