Currently, i am in Tier 1 entrepreneur visa and I am applying for ILR end of this year under 5-year rule.

1: my daughter 6 months UK born on my dependent visa, she traveled with me outside the UK, is she will be eligible for British citizenship after my ILR or she has to complete 5-year dependent time scale.

2: My 10 years completing right after 10 days of expiring my visa, can I vary my application to LR

You can register the child as British once you have ILR. Child DOES NOT require 5 years residence or ILR to register.

What about your family? They will have to switch to FLR(M) which will reset their clock to zero and a new 5 year residence (2 x 2.5 year visas).
