Urgent ILR quer|| VAT Refund mistake

Hi loveworld
I had to pay for my in laws with my debit card. While returning I was also travelling with my in law (back to India) and customs officer asked few questions and think taken a copy of my passport.
Will it create any problems (planning to return back in 2 weeks time) also will it be a problem for future ILR applications?
