Bet you all having a great day. Just wandering if someone could help out with a few questions.

-- If yes, please could you point me to this rule some where on UK gov site. Will seriously appreciate. And please do i qualify based on my timeline(Below information) in the UK?

-- If no, thank you for reading thorugh. Appreciate your time.

I think not with your student visa. The only other option would have been via 10 yr route under UK immigration which you have not attained and given that you switched to EEA. Your only option is for PR via EEA route in in 2019 as long as your partner exercised treaty rights from when you married and your employment will be irrelevant.
You will also consider brexit arrangement at that time.

Not really, you should keep all your questions in one topic so that members can understand your full circumstances. This topic has been moved to the ILR sub forum.

There is no such route based on the visas and residence card you have held. You would need to be on Tier 2 General, Tier 1 Ent or the older Tier 1 General for this bolded statement to apply.

For ILR based on 5 years residence, you need to qualify with a single category of visa under the UK immigration rules, excluding student visas.
