Subject to BRP has issue date of 29/11/2012

You can apply 28 days before you complete 5 years on T2. You can apply from 01/ November / 2017

But they saying i was away for 91 Days Is it any Problem

The time between visa issue date and entry to the UK is counted as part of your 180 days absence allowance for the first 12 month cycle.

You clearly are NOT reading anything that members have posted. You have already been given the answer (BIG RED bit in my last post). Makky86 gave you the CORRECT advice on 31st August @ 3.18pm and date from when you COULD apply .

I honestly don't know, and suspect Makky86 doesn't either, what it is that is confusing you

You are not reading the answers posted. It has been clearly answer what date you can apply for ILR then what for you want to contact home office?

If you are not satisfied then you can check out the response from Home office as what date you are eligible

In addition to Makky86's post, you should be aware that the HO call centre is a third party agent with poorly trained telephone operators who frequently give out incorrect information and take no responsibility for it. But please feel free to call them.

# Visa Category - Tier 2
# Visa Issued Date - 29/11/2012
# Landed In UK Date - 28/02/2013 ( After 91 Days Duration)
# Visa Renewed Again - 21/10/2015
# Visa Expired - 04/11/2018
Under this Circumstances when can i apply for my ILR Please let me know Sorry to ask it again
