Hi

How many days of absence is allowable for DL applicants who will complete their 6 year qulifying period for settlement (SET (O)?

Please update me. The HO guidline (https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... -v15.0.pdf) does not specify anything for DL (non-asylum) applicants.

Can anyone answer please?

During the continuous residence period, you cannot be outside the UK for more than 180 days in each year.
