Good morning,
It a humble request if anyone can give me idea about my case or direct me to right direction. I have been living in UK 11 years and 4 months, My last visa was PSW after that I applied for entrepreneur but rejected and I go for appeal. Appeal result was against me because of lawyer who don’t have clue about case and didn’t fight for my case.
Then within 28 days I filled another case on the bases of my family private life which also rejected in 6 month time and no appeal right was given , then I filed another case which also rejected but my 10 years done already, so I applied for ilr (o). My ilr (o) also rejected and I got right of appeal and hearing will be in end of November. I heard from people it’s entirely up to judge or I can ask for 5 years on bases of my life in UK. I am married age 36 having 2 kids and elder one is 4 years and 2.5 years .
All of cases were file within the time duration and I have been backhome 3 times for max 80 days in total. Do you think I have strong ground to stand in front of judge? What shall I do I am now confused. Please help me

Can please post the actual immigration history with dates.
Its very hard to figure out from what point things may have went wrong or what you may or may not be entitled or protected up to.

Also, you state you filed another application after your first appeal was refused? What date was it when u did this?

This is very important as my understanding is after 24 November 2016 the rules where changed to allow 14 days grace period following a refused application or appeal, this was previously 28 days.

Also need to make sure that after your appeal was was refused and the fact you made another application, whether or not section 3C applies or rather extends and that you are not an over stayer. Need further clarification on that.
