Does the home office do any checks after visa is issued?

Hi everyone,
Does the home office do any checks after visa is issued?
i.e the home office specified you should have a salary of £35k (is the threshold to which you get the visa for), the employer provides documents to justify this, however once you get your visa the employer decides to reduce your salary to let's say £30k
Will this get checked by home office?

I see from previous posts that your visa expired on the 30th of April. Is this 'manipulation' of earnings what you have actually done?
If so, for how long before you submitted your ILR application were you on a salary of £35,000

I got the visa based on the 35k and the employer was happy then.
now the employer decided that it should be less. will the home office do any checks even though I got the visa based on 35k figure

yes it has been but based on the old salary not the new one.

Your previous posts suggest you applied for ILR based on long residence and not Set(O) tier 2 route??

Unlikely HO will check unless they audit the sponsor and see the deception/issue etc.
Your partner is free to work for anyone now if they have ILR or not work at all if they choose not to.
