Hi All,
Hope you all doing well.

I've quick question regarding a travel when Tier 1 dependent visa is expiring soon.

This is the situation, my tier 1 dependent visa will expire in Feb 4th, 2018. We are planning for applying ILR on Tier 1 dependent (5 year) route on 3rd or 4th week of January.

Do you think it will be a problem if I go for vacation in December and come back in Jan 2nd week? Does it create any issues at immigration desk?

your advise is highly appreciated.

It should not be an issues as long as the dependent returns to the UK with a valid visa.

My Tier1 Ent expiry was 28th March this year and I travelled abroad for a week in March and returned on 22nd March.
She just asked so when are you applying. I said documents are ready: tomorrow or day after tomorrow. That's it.☺
