ILR for a Child on 10 years long residence basis

this is our history

I need help with my immigration application.
on my daughter's basis (she is 12 now) we been granted visa for 30 months for private life in UK in 2016.
This visa was issued 10 days before we completed our 10 year residence in uk.
Now we are not sure what we suppose to do either extend our visa or apply for ILR.
Note: Initially our application was refused and we were made out of status for sometime.
need advice urgently
