Hi myself and my daughter are on a 10 yr route to settlement. Currently we are in flr fp.
We came to London in 2010 as pbs dependants to my husband almost 7 yrs now. But inbetween my previous solicitors messed up my application and we endend up applying flr fp to stay in Uk.
My husband is British now. At the time of my first flr fp he had ilr. My daughter is 12 and was born in India. Shes started her primary and now she is in secondary school.
Our next flr fp renewal is upcoming in 3 months. So I saw my new solicitors today. She said its possible to obtain ilr for my daughter through set f form. Is it possible? Can I apply flr fp for me and set f for my daughter as the father's status has changed to British. Your reply is much appreciated.

Unfortunately, A277, A280(b), 298, 299 doesn't seem to support your solicitor.
