HI,

I got my extension 2 months ago but my 10 years completing 2017 December.

my Question is I came 2007- December in UK and left country 2009(Visa Finished ) and Re-enter after 4 months (New Visa) so Can I apply ILR 10 years 2017 December?

if you left the country before expiry of your visa and reentered within six months with new entry clearance then you are fine.
you can apply within 28 days of reaching your ten years
