Settlement after Tier1 Entrepreneur

Hello I just wanted to double check when you get settlement ILR after Tier 1 Entrepreneur can you look for a job straight away and stop employing the 2 workers as for the requirements?
Are there any constraints I should worry about?

There are no restrictions for work after getting ILR, as you will not be on Tier 1E visa.

one last maybe unrelated to work question, if I with a settled status will apply for some university programs will I need to pay foreigners fees or UK-EU fees or settlement status doesn't cover this?

Please read the thread. The documents are clear in SET(O) form
You cannot apply for ILR under Tier 1E using a premium appointment
