Dear all,

I will be eligible to apply ILR on January 10, 2018 on 5 years route Tier 2 General visa.

The question is:

Does the 5 years continuous stay is defined as 5 x 365 days stay in the UK?

OR

5 years period with no more than 180 days leave in each 12 months of the year.

I generally spend 15-25 days each year of holiday outside UK, would that affect my eligibility to apply on January 11, 2018?

Many thanks.
