Hi all,
I'm going to apply ilr after completing 5 years on tier 1 Entrepreneur visa Feb 2018.
Just want all gurus to confirm am I fulfilling 2 equivalent job creation or not.
I'm pre Apr2014 under transitional arrangements.
1: feb2017 to Jan2018 part time 12months
2: May2017 to Jan2018 part time 9months
3: Jun2017 to Jan2018 part time 8months
4: July2017 to Jan2018 full time 7months
5: Nov2017 to Jan2018 full time 3months

If you combine the part time employment together, you will have at least 24 months of full time employment

Thanks Zimba for quick reply I do have one more employee but he only got ID card he don't have his passport that is why I haven't mentioned him here he worked for me from feb2017 to Oct2017 9months do you think I should send his documents as well & let the case worker decide whether he accept his ID card or not or I should not send his documents to not make any confusion as I'm fulfilling requirements without him as well...thanks
