hello everyone,

I was in entrepreneur visa which expired on 29th of may 2017. I couldn't apply for the the entrepreneur extension as i didn't have everything to apply. so i did apply for FLR (HRO) on 27th may 2017. I did the biometric and after then i didn't get any decision till today.

i came here in 7th February 2008. I believe I can apply for ILR (10 years route) on 11th January 2018.

I have few questions if anyone can advise me would be appreciated:

IF I DON'T GET ANY DECISION TILL 11TH JANUARY 2018:

1. How can I apply for ILR as I already have FLR (HRO) pending?
2. Should I go for same day service or postal service?
3. Do I have to vary Application?

IF I GET THE FLR(HRO) DECISION BEFORE 11TH JANUARY 2018

1. If I get refused with my FLR(HRO) before 11th January 2018, can I apply for ILR with in 14 days time?
2. What would be the best course of actions if I get refused now?

You apply for SET(LR) as usual and include a letter to vary your previous application to SET(LR)

Up To you.

Yes

1. If I get refused with my FLR(HRO) before 11th January 2018, can I apply for ILR with in 14 days time?

If you are eligible for SET(LR) yes

2. What would be the best course of actions if I get refused now?

Well you need to remember that you cannot magically get ILR. Your period spent as Tier 1E will be scrutinised. If you have not invested and did not engage in business activity and were not a genuine entrepreneur, then you cannot get ILR
