ILR if partner's visa status changed during stay?

Hello
I am in VERY big confusion regarding eligibility for the ILR
I got my first tier 2 dependent visa on 25/08/14. I entered the UK on 09/09/14.
In between, I had one renewal of dependent visa which will expire on 22/07/19.
In 11/17 my partner has been granted ILR on the basis of 10-year long route ILR.
Now my Questions is I am already more than 30 days short to get eligible for 5-year route ILR, so is there any chance for my application being successful?

Also because my partner visa status change from Tier 2 to ILR, will this cause any problem and make my tier 2 dependent void during the time?

Please help me!!
Thank you

The ILR clock for dependents of people who acquire ILR via Long Residence gets reset to zero and they (the dependents) need to apply for FLR(M). They will only become eligible for ILR after five years of FLR(M). Their previous residence in the Uk does not count towards ILR (except if they were to apply towards ILR(LR) in their own right).

I suggest that you apply for FLR(M) asap. You will be eligible for ILR on or after the fifth anniversary of being granted FLR(M).
