Hi,

I am planning to apply ILR application in start of next year. I have few question and I need help please to clarify these.

1) I moved to UK on 10/03/2013 and got my first visa which was valid from 26/02/2013. What is the earliest I can apply my ILR?

2) When counting days of absence, do I count the days of departure and arrival in absence or not?

Many thanks

28 days from completing your 5 years from your visa issue date (assuming you are not a dependent/spouse visa holder)
2) When counting days of absence, do I count the days of departure and arrival in absence or not?

If form does not require to bring photocopies than it would not be needed , however, it is good to have photocopies of atleaset few important documents in case if you will need them. ...
