Wife due to apply ILR in january based on 5 year partner route. We have lived in a rented property since july 15 that was originally on a 6 month tenancy. Since then we havr continued on a statutory periodic tenancy with 1 month notice. Is this acceptable to prove adequate accommodation? Really dobt want to sign a new agreement for the sake of it.
Thanks

Has anyone applied ILR recently using premium service? Just wondered how long it took following the apt to receive BRP. I know it states usually receievd within 7 days but does it take this long or usually faster?
Wife needs it quickly to apply citizenship before visiting family.

You are required to submit evidence of cohabitation, as the form asks, for the 2 years immediately preceding the ILR application.
You do not need a 'current tenancy' agreement. I am sure HO knows what a periodic tenancy is. If you are concerned, get a letter from your landlord.

Kindly keep ALL your questions on the same application in ONE topic. No need for a new topic with each question you have.

It varies. Sometimes it is a couple of days, some members have waited a month.
Barclays online statements

Our joint account with Barclays has online statements, if request posted copies of these they will send black and white printed copies not the original color ones. Will UKVI accept these as official statements? I believe they do come with a letter explaining why they are not color.
Also although a joint account the statements are addressed to just one of us however do show the additional joint account holders name at the side, do they accept these as joint letters for the evidence of living together?
Thanks
Applying ILR in Married Name

Can you apply for ILR in your married name even if your current BRP, passport and all previous application have been in your maiden name? My wife is due to apply in the next few weeks followed by applying for Citizenship and passport hence would like to apply in her married name so her new passport will also be in married name which makes it easier when travelling with kids etc as their passports show my surname.
Thanks in advance

She would need to change her foreign passport first.
