ILR Refusal under section 322(5)

my ILR is refused reasons 276B(ii) and (iii) paragraph 322(5) of part 9. granted limited leave to remain 276ADE(1)-CE on the basis of exceptional circumstances under paragraph Gen.3.2 of appendix FM. need help how to challenge in JR.
i have 1 tax amendment , i paid all my tax.

Can you post your UK immigration history, including visa start and end dates and types of visas held?
Post the exact text of the refusal, taking out personal information?
Assuming you applied for ILR based on long residence if refusal under 276B??

Strange. It appears they are seeking to deny you the right of appeal, and hence grant you something.
