hello ,
i am very new to this board and need some help from experts and senior members. i have seen almost all topics are already covered in detail in this site and if we follow it we dont need any solicitors or advisers who just know how to make money. basically i found some confusion within the application forms set(O).
i am completing my 5 year in December 2017 and my current leave is expiring in june 2018 . we applied as a partner but my partner is applying for long residence in August . i have following confusions if someone can help me please .

-do i have to fill 2 separate set(O) forms? one for me and one for my dependent ? or one form is enough.and photocopies of everything?

- do we have to fill Section 5 where they ask about Home and Finances . As i am not taking any salary from company.what shall i write on monthy income ? or leave blank?

- i saw on the form business reference number from company house . is that company registration number they meant ?

- in section 9 . in order to demonstrate the company registration ? the evidence they asked are :Hm revenue documentation ,company house documentation .what shall i include in this part as a evidence? certificate of incorporation or current appointment report? really confused ?

and the last question is

-my partner is applying for ILR 10 year router in couple of months so i will be alone to apply ,he will still be director of company . question regarding him like
--are the other partner tier 1 migrant ......
--is the other partner is the part of entrepreneur team ....

if i say he is part of team than i have to write more information about him . please if some one help me in this .

i hope answers to these question will help everyone who are applying soon or in future . and in advance thanks a lot.

No. One SET(O) for both of your

Yes. You must show how are you supporting yourself financially in the UK.

You must fill that table with all the information for ALL other directors in your business.

Depending on the answers you provide you must send evidence.

There is no question regrading your partner. That is regarding ALL other directors in your company (which INCLUDES your partner)

If he is Tier 1E migrant and your team member, they both have to be YES

Like I said in my first post . He will be applying on window this August for 10 year route so by the time I apply he will have ILR Already . I thinks answers to those questions would be NO in my case . Please confirm ?

Dear members ,

i am going to apply soon for 5 year route (Entrepreneur to ILR) . I am at the stage of preparing documents , i have got couple of questions if some one can help please :
- do i need to send accounts once again with my ILR application, for extension i did send first three year of accounts .
- secondly , after my extension i did take salary from my company for 4-5 months than i stopped.
i normally send my all invoices , bills, bank statements and contracts to my accountant to file my account. My accountant filed my yearly account this time and i could not understand that on creditor section my last year account was showing £64000 direct loan (time of extension) . and this year was £54000. i dont understand how it reduced .. i ll meet my accountant end of this week also but really worried about this situation . i may need to amend accounts .

if some one know about accounts and can guide me . thanks

No. You do not need to prove investment again for ILR

i am going to apply for 5 year Entrepreneur in January 2018 and my current extension is expiring in november 2018 but i believe my requirement is fulfilled so applying . I entered to this route pre-April but while checking form Set O i am confused about this paragraph.

"Please provide the details of all employees who filled these jobs for the required 12 month
period. The jobs must exist for at least 12 months. Within the same job, another worker
can replace a worker who is employed for part of a year and then leaves the job, so that the
employment as a whole adds up to 12 months. The hours of workers in 2 part-time jobs can be
combined to add up to 30 hours a week or more and form the equivalent of one full-time job,
as long as the 2 part-time jobs exist for 12 months. Should you wish to combine jobs, you must
clearly indicate on the tables below. If you do not, they will assessed as a single part time job.
We consider full-time to be 30 hours per week"

in this form they havent mentioned about pre april applicants and everywhere focused on 12 month employment. my scenario is different my all employees worked less than 12 moths but i am covering total of 24 months if someone can help me and let me know the guide. my employees details are follows:


Employee One: March to November (9 months) full time
empoyee two: June to november (6 months) full time
employee three: december to on-going (11 months) part time say 5.5 months full time but hes still working
employee four: january to june (6 months )part time say 3 months full time
employee five : august to ongoing (4 months) part time say 2 months full time but hes still working

am i missing something ? please need assstance

Topics Merged (click). Kindly keep all your ILR questions in one topic.

Ignore the form instructions on 12 months as that is for post April 2014.
Each position needs a separate table so copy the pages if you have more than 4. Just mark the positions being combined and make equivalent of two full time roles (12 months)

Part time roles can be combined to make a full time role, that depends on part time hours worked per week

all my part time staff works two days a week means 16 hours a week .

In that case, you have more than 104 weeks of full time work or equivalent. So you should be fine
