HI. I'm in the process of starting an ILR application on an Ancestral Visa. My Visa expires the 7/2/2018 so my application goes in in January 2018. First I would like to ask what your advise would be to try do the application on my own, or does anyone think its best to use an agency?

I have a son who turns 18 in March 2018 he is a dependent on my Visa. Am I correct in understanding that as long as his not 18 when i hand in my application then he is still classed as dependent (his in college full time).

Im a bit nervous but some people tell me to just do the application myself its not that difficult and save that money but if its to complicated I think maybe its best to use an agent / company?

No need for an agency.

It is not a difficult application, free advice on the forum. Have a read through the lengthy topic link below and ILR success. Lots of useful questions and answers.
