Question on English Qualification Section 4.3

Dear Members

Applying for ILR for my wife and when filling the SET O form came through these statements under section 4.3

An academic qualification deemed by UK NARIC to meet the
recognised standard of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or
PhD in the United Kingdom and:

˗ UK NARIC has confirmed that the qualification was
taught or researched in English to the appropriate level;

End

We already have letter of comparability from NARIC ,stating her degree is equivalent to British Bachelors degree.

But the letter does not specify anything about second point - qualification was though in English.

Her transfer certificate and Consolidated mark sheet show the Medium of Instruction as English.

1) Should I tick the box where it states UK NARIC has confirmed the qualification taught in English .
2) Would the statement in transfer certificate and Consolidated mark sheet suffice for the application ?

Please advise as the appointment is on December 6th.

Thank you

Dear all

For those with similar query/doubt.

We provided only letter of comparability from UK NARIC and letter from UNIVERSITY stating her medium of instruction is English.

ILR was approved without any questions asked.

Thanks

Page 35 of https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... LL-v19.pdf states you need 2 documents from NARIC:
• an Academic Qualification Level Statement (AQUAL) from UK NARIC confirming the qualification is equivalent to a UK qualification
• an English language Proficiency Statement (ELPS) from UK NARIC, which will confirm that the degree was taught in English
