I have an appointment coming up for my Spouse ILR application. I wanted to check how recent the last evidence of correspondence needs to be, i.e if the last bank we have in joint names will be 40 days old at the date of premium service appointment- will this be okay or do we need a more recent one?

Apologies if the question has been answered before but I could not find it via the search function. Thanks in advance for all the responses.

A bank statement can be 40 days old if used for proof of joint residence, but the most recent bank statement for evidence of income should be no older than 28 days prior to the date the application is submitted. As with the corresponding pay slip.
