Dear friends my Ilr is due but I am worried about the cannabis fiscal warning which I got in 2013 or 2014 can't remember the exact date also not the exact time but it was under £100 also it was in Scotland which is fiscal fine bit different than England
I am worried that either should I declare it or not?
If should where to get the details from about it as I can't remember the date time and exact time
Please quick reply as really worried didn't even apply for Ilr for 2 months because of it also will be visiting some solicitors

Cannabis fiscal warning will not be recorded on your criminal record as it isn’t a caution or conviction. It simply recorded on PNC database. SET(O) requires only criminal convictions, cautions, civil judgments or civil penalties made against you to be disclosed. So no need to disclose it
