Hello,
I am eligible for ILR (tier-2 5 yr route) but my dependants are not. few questions regarding this

Should my dependants apply with me or they can wait until I get my ILR?
One of my child is born here, I assume that I can skip and apply for citizen ship later?

if dependants had to apply with me, What application form and documents should my dependants submit as my dependants?

any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

but my dependants are not.
What date do their visas expire? On what date did your dependent(s) ENTER the UK as Tier 2 dependents? Are you applying for ILR by post or in person?
Should my dependants apply with me or they can wait until I get my ILR?
Depends when their visas expire.

Yes once you have ILR.

Depends when their visas expire.

Unless you provide EXACT dates, no one can give you advice. 'Arrived in 2014' and 'expire late next year' doesn't mean much when there are 12 months and 365 days.

That aside, they will have to apply for a PBS Dependent extension as they don't qualify ILR yet.

Hi CR001,
Wife and dependants Visa will expire 19/08/2018.
Wife got visa in 15/Feb/2014 and entered UK in 24/Feb/2014. extended visa along with me in 29/08/2015.
hope thats clear.
What form do they need to use
and can they apply 1-2 months after I got my ILR?
Also, UKNARIC recognised my wife overseas qualification as equivalent to UK bachelors degree and proficiency as level C1. will thats suffice for English language requirement?

Wife and dependants Visa will expire 19/08/2018.
Apply for a PBS extension. Tier 2 Dependent is an online form only. It will be a 3 year extension and the visa fee and IHS is payable.
Wife got visa in 15/Feb/2014 and entered UK in 24/Feb/2014. extended visa along with me in 29/08/2015.
Your dependents will only qualify for ILR within 28 days before 24th February 2019.
What form do they need to use
Tier 2 dependent, online only.
and can they apply 1-2 months after I got my ILR?
Apply for what??
Also, UKNARIC recognised my wife overseas qualification as equivalent to UK bachelors degree and proficiency as level C1. will thats suffice for English language requirement?
Should be fine for 2019 when she qualifies for ILR.

CR001,
As I am applying for ILR now, Can they still apply PSB dependant using Tier2 Dependant, online only?
I am assuming they have to use a different ILR dependant form...

Yes the rules permit it, because you are applying for ILR on the PBS route and not long residence. See link below.

I am assuming they have to use a different ILR dependant form...
No. If you choose to do this option for whatever reason, their clock for ILR will reset to zero and they will be on a NEW 5 year route (2 x 2.5 year visas) before they can apply for ILR.

Fantastic information. many thanks CR001.
Finally, because I have ILR should my wife submit documents to prove our marriage, this time??
