Do I need a new Certificate of Sponsorship to apply for ILR (Tier2 route)?

Hi guys,
I’m on Tier 2 for 5 years with the same employer (first issued in October 2012 and extended in October 2015 for another 3 years - until Oct 2018). But I want to apply for ILR now. All the requirement are satisfied, but I wonder if I need an additional (new) CoS from my employer? And if yes, for what length?
Or do I just say my SOC code?
