TIER 2 GENERAL

HI,

My company gave me a salary hike and put me on 36k from November this year. I am going to apply for ILR in December next year. The accounts team have made an error and put me on 31k payroll this month (December). I have quickly brought that to their notice and they said they would correct it next month, but the payroll is processed for this month.

Now I am worried that my payslip wouldn't show that I am on 36k for the past 12 months according to ILR requirements. Is the min. salary threshold calculated for a tax year or per payroll over the last 12 months, Now what can I do to mitigate this.? please advise.

Where exactly does it state this '12 month' requirement?

A minimum salary threshold of 35k needs to be met for tier 2 applicants applying for an ILR isn't it.

Let me keep my presumptions on the side. Could you tell me what is required as part of paperwork for this process in regards to the salary requirement please ? thanks

There is no requirement that you must have been on the required salary for X amount of months. You need to meet the requirement at the time of applying for ILR. You are also not required to submit 12 months payslips. 1-3 months is sufficient plus corresponding bank statements.

What was your salary prior to the £36k increase?

HI,

Some of them did in a mix of bonus and payrise. The payroll guys did some mistake on this time and paid me for 32k, inspite of the increased offer confirmation from the management. Which is what I was worried about as i thought the last 12 month payslips that amount to 35k or more salary threshold needs to be submitted for ILR paperwork.
