Long Residence (10 years) SET (LR) applications

Ok people, here is my situation:

I have sent an application for Tier 1 Dependent within 28 days of my previous visa expiration and have legally covered my 10 years long residence. I am awaiting a decision on my Tier 1 Dependent visa and now I am qualified to apply for SET ILR.
1. Can I switch my application to ILR?
2. I will book premium service and all original passports and documents will be with home office already. Do I have to fill the passport sections in SET ILR form or leave them blank and explain in cover letter that my current original documents are already with home office?
3. Do I need bank statements for my ILR also? or payslips from my current employer?
4. Do I have to submit my tenancy agreement where I am living?
5. What do I have to write about switching an application in the cover letter?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Shumaila

What date did your last visa expire?

What date did you make the out of time application?

What is your full immigration history, including visa start and visa expiry dates?

My last visa expired on 17th July 2017 but I sent my extension for 10th of july 2017 and got the acknowledgement letter. Now I am waiting a decision and in the meantime qualified on the basis of 10 years long residence and want to switch my current application to ILR.

2. I did not make any out of time application.

3. I got my first student visa in 2008 and legally applied all extensions. Never overstayed. Did not stay more than 180 days at one time. Total number of holidays is 185 in 10 years.

I just want to know what to do in switching the visa as all my documents are already with home office for my current application and If I switch it to ILR, will it be fine or cause me any harm?

Tier 1 Dependent within 28 days of my previous visa expiration
The way you have worded the above, indicates you applied within 28 days after your visa expired.
3. I got my first student visa in 2008 and legally applied all extensions. Never overstayed. Did not stay more than 180 days at one time. Total number of holidays is 185 in 10 years.
On what date did you ENTER the UK in 2008?

I asked about what should be written regarding switching of application in the cover letter, can you kindly respond to this?
