imdefitife leave to remain DLR(DL) to use peo service

hi every one
actualy i have finished 6 years on descretionary leave to remain 2/3years after refused sylum
now is til for ILR . i have seen some peopel use peo service to apply by switching to set (o) form to allowed them use premium service
any one done it please share with us
is it any one get rejected when trying to use it
any one done it by postal application how long does it take for decision

I have sent mine FLR (DL) by special delivery post on 12 Dec. Payment already taken on 14 Dec. I have read it could take up to 6 months!

have you done it by your self or with hrlp of dolicitor
wich document you include
do you know any one switch to set (o) to use peo service ??

Hi dear ,
I did not apply yet but yes I would use Set O form through PEO service in January.
You can see the link in my above post Freedom was in same situation he did asylum and failed and granted further discrtionary Leave on Dl form and finally he got granted ILR on SET O form through PEO.
I know lot of fee Invole but we would get decision on the day if case is Straight forward.
I have seen couple of more example in this group in the past members was in the same situation.
Best to seek legal advice from Solicitor.
But there is some Solister is still not sure we can apply through PEO on SET O.
But some Solister they said we are okay to use PEO.
I would go through Soliceter inshallah.

please let me know when you will do it and i think we have the same case so is good to get information .also just to know if any partner with you or not as im by myself .if they accept the set(o) it is realy helpful but the problem if the rejecte the application i think they dont refund the fee wich is total 3000 pound with peo fee
for me is time to apply i complete 6 years already so i dont know how to apply .and i want to apply by peo but not sure as i think some poepel get rejected

Did you get any decision on your ILR application using FLR (DL) by post.
I also applied the same in November 2017 but no response yet
