Overstayer with debt

I am a overstayer in the uk, I have a visa appeal in Process I have not declared I am over £1000 in Debt with companies will this effect anything?
I would suggest giving a lot more details as then you will see the forum can offer good advice.
A brief history of your visa and process you are in now (appeal)
Also define what you mean £1000 in debt with companies? £1000 is not a lot in the UK (do you mean companies house by any chance?)
