Hi Everyone,

I will be applying for ILR through Tier 2 (General) 5 Years route in May/Jun 2018.
My dependents having Tier 2 Visa until Dec 2018 but they are eligible for ILR from Feb 2019.
1) Is there any process to avoid 2 months extension from Dec 2018 to Feb 2019?

2) If the extension is mandatory for these two months, what visa to apply?

3) I have business plans immidately after ILR. For their extension and ILR, am I need to continue in full time job?

Regards
Shaw

Not really. You can try FLR route but its not worth taking unncessary risk !

PBS dependent extension

Not required. You'd still need to fulfil the maintenance requirement e.g. 1500 in your account for last 3 months (I am not entire sure how much it is at the moment)
