Hi all,
Many thanks to all the members especially makky86 for the suggestions and timely advice that helped my husband to get his Ilr tier 2 (5 year route-23 jan 2013- 23 jan 2018)approved on jan 4 ,2018.we have been following all the posts for a long time and all the replies helped us a lot.

Now its my turn  , hope my queries gets cleared by experts,
I came to uk first on march 2015 as tier 2 dependent. My tier 2 dependent visa expired on march 2016(as my husband went for extension after this).
Due to expiry and as i was pregnant went to home country before visa expired and i didnt extend visa after my husband's extension.I stayed in india for 1.5 years.

Again made a fresh tier 2 dependent application for myself and for my baby on may 2017..current tier 2 dependent visa expires on jan 24 ,2019.

My questions,
1)As my husband got ilr what should i do after tier 2 dep visa expires?
2) can myself and my baby apply for flr (m) now or go for tier 2 dep extension?
3)if i do tier 2 dep extension i need to do 2 extensions. Is it possible to get two extensions?
4)As i made fresh tier 2 dep application in 2017, will it cause any problem for ilr as i have been already in uk with same visa on 2015 .

Please help me with the best possible route for ilr in my case.

Thanks.

Apply for an extension as a PBS Dependent.
2) can myself and my baby apply for flr (m) now or go for tier 2 dep extension?
Your choice, but FLR(M) will reset your clock to zero again and a new 5 year route to ILR (2 x 2.5 year visas). PBS Dependent extension will be a 3 year extension.
3)if i do tier 2 dep extension i need to do 2 extensions. Is it possible to get two extensions?
Likely yes as you will have a shortfall of a few months to complete 5 years residence, counting from date you entered the UK in 2017.
4)As i made fresh tier 2 dep application in 2017, will it cause any problem for ilr as i have been already in uk with same visa on 2015 .
Why or what do you believe will cause a problem? Your previous visa from 2015 is irrelevant to your ILR and doesn't count.
