Hello readers.
My case is settlement for ILR on basis of 5 years.
I have just noticed a few of £9188 (me + 3 dependents)
What would be health surcharge & Mainteanance funds on top.?
And do my partner dependent has to have life in Uk test cleared before we apply..?
Saw an updated guidance on gov.uk
Would appreciate if some one would confirm above enquiries.
Thank you.

There is no IHS fee payable for ILR. There is no maintenance fund requirement for ILR.
And do my partner dependent has to have life in Uk test cleared before we apply..?

I looked again into SET(O) version 10/2017.
Application for ILR:
Page no. 75:
Your Finances
Evidence of your finances. If you have to complete section 5 , bank statements , building society saving books , pay slips or other formal documents as evidence of you ability to maintain and accommodate yourself and any dependents without recourse to public funds see note4:
......you must provide bank statements or other docs of the kind described above as evidence of their finanancial resources.
“””THE DOCUMENTS SHOWING THE FINANCES ABAILABLE TO YOU AND TO ANY PERSON SUPPORTING YOU SHOULD COVER AT LEAST THE LAST THREE MONTH.”””

Isn’t it the Mainteanance funds call’ though they didn’t mention how much..!
